Shipping policy
Free shipping
Standard shipping is free on orders of $25 or more, which covers every tee, sweatshirt, and hoodie we make. On smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
How long it takes
Everything is printed to order, so there are two stages:
- Production: 2-5 business days
- Transit: 3-7 business days
Most US orders arrive within 5-12 business days of the day you order. Canada takes a little longer. These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, holidays, and weather can add time.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within a few days of ordering, that's normal - it's still being made.
Orders with several items
Items are made in the facility best suited to each product, so a multi-item order may arrive in more than one parcel, on different days, with separate tracking. Nothing is missing; the rest is on its way.
Getting your address right
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment, and reshipping is the customer's responsibility.
Duties and taxes
Canadian orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These aren't included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or late parcels
If tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, check with your household and neighbours first, then email support@shirleynot.com within 30 days of the delivery date. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we'll reship or refund. See our Return and refund policy.
